Janathon 2012 – day 2

Not only did I complete day 2 of Janathon but I also completed day 1 level 1 of Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred.

I am determined to get fit and lose weight.
Have to admit that I’m struggling on the food side of things and ate a Mc Donalds meal for lunch

oh well tomorrow is another day!

    30 Day Shred is killer!
    Last August I tried to do it, and only got to level 2! I only had small weights too!
    Kudos to you for doing it with Janathon!

      Now I’m nervous! As I said it’s only been day 1 so let’s see how it goes!

    Wow, Janathon AND Jillian?? You don’t do things by halves do you! Shred is a great dvd, lots of push ups variations on all the levels you’ll be glad to hear!
