Janathon Day 6

Planning 5 mile run tonight back from my workshop.

UPDATE:
Ok so the 5 mile run didn’t go to plan nor did working late night.
Instead PMS got the better of me and I had a big grump at hubby 1. Because he ate Mcdonalds for dinner instead of my home made spaghetti bolognaise and 2. Because if I did run back home I would have got in past 11 at night and he didn’t want me running that late.

Number 2 I can understand, but eating Mc Donalds when I’ve made dinner is not on.

So I hit the gym instead and walked/ran 5k on the treadmill in 40mins whilst watching celeb Come Dine With Me.
Also did floor exercises which included me trying to incorporate 30 day shred exercises into it but I’m crap without my Jillian.

Came home feeling much better and forgiving hubby of any earlier evening annoyances.
