Janathon Day 9

I made it to the gym at opening time but could only have a short session ad hubby needed to be at work early this morning.

I’ve decided to incorporate some other means if exercising into my fitness regime and have chosen to do a bit if cycling before I run as a warm up in the hope it will help to strengthen my legs which in turn will help my running.
Have to say my legs killed after a 5 min warm up! I’ll keep at it and by the end of the week I’m sure I’ll be cycling 10 mins easily.

Cycling – 2k 5mins
Running – 2k – 13mins

    Well done for getting straight back into it, you’re nearly a third of the way through janathon! Have you tried posting on the janathon facebook page, loads of really supportive people and some great blogs too.
